Simple Rock Guitar Chords E A and D – 3 Easy Songs recommended For Beginner Guitar Players

Submitted by on September 29, 2009 No Comment

Below are three songs which are very easy for beginner guitar players with a rock feel. All you need is the knowledge of the chords E, A and D. Even if they are not known to your ears, they can still be learned very easily and sound great the first time.

Guitar Players

The Troggs – Chords A D E – Wild Thing

The chords are fairly simple and the strumming is unique as well as simple, so everyone will instantly recognize. This is one of the first few songs that most new learners play to demonstrate their newly learned skills.

Billy Idol – Chords A D E – Mony Mony

This is a unique rock song but uses the easy chords. There are slightly more efforts needed on this, but still if you’re at ease with the chords and you didn’t find it difficult with Wild Thing, this will be a better one to try.

Guitar-Chords

U2 – Chords D A E – Desire

This song is a considerably different challenge for new learners, although the chords are exactly the same. The actual challenge is the speed of changing chords. The song is initially too fast. This is recommended that it should be played at a catchable speed without actually listening to the track while playing. On every next try, you should improve your speed and then you may mark the track as your perfect collection.

For your information and record, the chords are E: 0-2-2-1-0-0, A: x-0-2-2-2-0 and D: x-x-0-2-3-2, but in case if there is any confusion you may refer to whatever you’ve been referring for learning.

This is for sure that these songs are very easy for beginner guitar players. This is possible that some of the learners might have already tried Wild Thing, but the next two songs are good to add in new learners list.
